Call Center – Inbound Travel Sales, Vacation Planner

• Receive 145+ incoming calls and create happy guests • Engage with customers via phone and email • Call out or email to guests regularly to follow up with existing customers • Responsible for hitting clear monthly sales goals and KPIs • Maintain call handling expectations • Engage in Lead Campaigns as assigned • Engage in regular training to enhance skills • Meet regularly with Supervisor to discuss metrics and performance • Participate in weekly team meetings and on Teams Chats • Rotating Saturdays required

Job Requirements

  • 1 year Call Center Inbound Sales Experience
  • Handling up to 145 inbound calls a month on average as well as e-mails using Globus sales protocols
  • Excellent Computer skills – we use multiple systems to engage with our work and clients
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer programs throughout the day
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Friendly and able to connect with our customers
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring customers receive accurate, timely, and quality information about the products we are supplying
  • Understanding of Assumptive Close and how to take a Lead to a deposit
  • Developing business relationships and fostering a spirit of cooperation with GVI departments as needed to serve the needs of customers

Role Description This is a fully remote call center role and will work on Pacific time zone. Provides level I support center customer service excellence to meet the needs of Molina members and providers. Resolves issues and addresses needs fairly and effectively, while demonstrating Molina values.
