Role Description Amazing Sellers have excellent earning potential with our Outbound Vacation Planner Sales team! We are looking for self-starters who love talking to customers excited to purchase our products. We sell vacation tour and cruise packages, and our customers are happy and engaged with us! If you’re motivated, skilled at sales, excited about working warm travel Leads and managing your own pipeline, we’d love to hear from you. Your income potential depends on you - the skill you possess and the effort you make each day! Qualifications - Excellent Computer skills – we use multiple systems to engage with our work and clients - Ability to navigate through multiple computer programs throughout the day - 1-year previous Outbound Sales Experience required - Previous Experience successfully managing a Pipeline - Able to successfully manage multiple leads and customers consecutively - Excellent organization skills - Self-motivated - Friendly and able to connect with our customers - Innate ability to build repeat clientele - Understanding of Assumptive Close and how to assertively convert a lead into a deposit Requirements - Travel industry experience preferred but not required. - Experience using systems such as Siebel, Ring Central, Microsoft Dynamics, Excel. - The preferred candidate will hold an associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; six months to one-year related experience in outbound sales work, and travel industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities - Support Customers - Receive, answer, and provide exceptional service to Sales Chats, Sales Texts (when applicable), and Sales emails as they come in throughout the day - Generate sales lead opportunities found via Chat, Text (when applicable), or Email - Convert interactions into qualified leads and deposited passengers - Manage your own Leads - As found via chats and emails - Engage the required amount of times with each Lead via phone and email - Convert leads into deposited passengers / sales - Engage in Follow ups with customers via phone and email - Review past Leads and send appropriate follow-up - Maintain knowledge of products, competitive key differences, marketing campaigns, and exhibit destination expertise - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and quality information about products and promotions provided, Securing lifelong customers - Meet and exceed sales objectives selling travel packages and product up-sells - Additional Responsibilities - Partake in regular training to enhance skills - Meet regularly with Supervisor to discuss metrics and performance - Participate in weekly team meetings and Teams Chats - Rotating Saturday shift required. • Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer target • Will demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis • Takes a customer centric-approach and engage customers in clinically relevant discussion utilizing approved materials • Will effectively analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in their territory • Be responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives • Will adhere to company guidelines and demonstrate honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability and perform all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal rules and regulations • Compliantly partners with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, Marketing and other key cross-functional team members to develop strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the business, competitive landscape and territory market to drive business.
