Remove organizational blockers, simplify decision-making, and accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives • Translate customer needs and product goals into scalable technical solutions. Define principles and patterns that embed customer obsession into our platform’s architecture • Design systems and team boundaries to support sustainable growth. Drive investment in non-functional priorities (e.g., observability, migrations, reliability) early in the design process

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks. • Develop and maintain modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular. • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. • Integrate applications with Oracle databases, ensuring efficient queries and performance. • Design and deploy cloud-ready solutions on Microsoft Azure. • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack (front-end, back-end, cloud). • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Corrigir e solucionar bugs em produtos legados e novas plataformas; • Desenvolver novas funcionalidades (features) utilizando PHP (preferencialmente v8+); • Escrever queries eficientes e realizar a otimização de consultas no banco de dados MySQL; • Atuar de maneira simultânea em diferentes projetos internos do nosso ecossistema; • Apoiar na quebra de requisitos do produto em atividades técnicas menores para o backlog; • Participar ativamente de reuniões periódicas da squad, manter seu quadro de tarefas atualizado e documentar suas entregas de maneira acessível.

• Develop, maintain, and test APIs and microservices architecture with strong proficiency in the Spring Boot framework and AWS cloud. • Python is a plus. • Experience with AI tools (desirable). • Proven experience working on projects and in teams using agile practices.
