You'll identify and engage marketers who can benefit from Performance TV, spark meaningful conversations, and generate opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. - Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers by identifying, researching, and engaging new accounts through personalized, multi-channel outreach that builds MNTN's sales pipeline. - Meet and exceed monthly activity, meeting, and pipeline goals by consistently executing high-quality outbound outreach. - Research prospects and uncover new opportunities that align with MNTN's ideal customer profile. - Use AI, automation, and modern sales tools (including Nooks) to prioritize outreach, improve efficiency, and personalize engagement at scale. - Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, refine outreach strategies, and set up successful customer conversations. - Maintain accurate prospect, account, and activity data while embracing a coaching culture focused on continuous growth. Qualifications - 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or Market Development experience in a high-velocity sales environment, with a track record of consistently hitting activity and pipeline goals. - A self-starter mindset, you take ownership of your day, stay organized, and consistently execute without needing close direction. - Experience using AI-powered sales tools and a modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Nooks, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism) to prospect efficiently and build pipeline. - Strong prospecting skills, including personalized outreach, objection handling, and the ability to turn cold conversations into qualified opportunities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand MNTN's value proposition and tailor it to each prospect. - Curiosity and coachability, you ask thoughtful questions, actively seek feedback, and apply it to improve your performance. - Grit and resilience, with a history of thriving in competitive or high-performance environments. - Experience in marketing, advertising, or agency sales is a plus. - A genuine passion for sales and a desire to grow your career in a performance-driven organization. Requirements - Consistently achieve 100% of your monthly activity goals, generating more than 12 qualified meetings each month. - Maintain an outreach-to-meeting conversion rate of 8% through personalized, multi-channel prospecting and thoughtful engagement with target accounts. - Leverage AI, automation, and MNTN's sales tech stack to complete 100% of prioritized outbound activities while maintaining high-quality outreach and follow-up. - You're a trusted partner to your Account Executives, consistently delivering well-qualified opportunities and maintaining accurate pipeline data for forecasting. Role Description As an AD&D Claims Senior Representative in the Accidental Death and Dismemberment department, you will partner with medical, legal and other expert resources to research, determine financial liability, and process claims for Group Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Group Business Travel Accident and other specialty products.
