• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Azure-based applications, data services, infrastructure, and enterprise integrations. • Develop and automate deployment processes for Azure Data Factory pipelines, Azure Databricks notebooks, APIs, and supporting cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code technologies. • Implement and manage secure cloud architectures, including authentication, authorization, certificate management, encryption, and secure connectivity solutions. • Configure and maintain enterprise monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, backup strategies, disaster recovery procedures, and operational readiness processes. • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend long-term improvements to platform reliability and performance. • Collaborate with software engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders to establish secure cloud engineering practices and support Agile delivery activities.

• Become an expert on Checkly and the Monitoring space. • Work with valuable customers in different stages across pre- and post-sales. • Assist prospects with technical evaluation of Checkly from demo to implementation. • Speak with customers directly and share learnings with Product and Engineering. • Assist in continuously improving technical documentation, processes and policies. • Involved in Customer Support during onboarding to learn the platform.

• Learn Checkly and the Monitoring space deeply, then help customers solve real reliability problems • Support prospects through technical evaluations alongside our senior CSE and sales team • Help existing customers with technical questions, implementations, and adoption • Contribute to technical documentation and internal playbooks as you learn what works • Speak with customers directly and share your learnings with Product and Engineering

• Collaborate with clients to define and document initial system requirements and enhancements needed for major changes to existing builds • Act as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol for studies with moderate to high complexity • Author specifications for IRT, randomization and kit lists, and interfaces • Build effective partnerships with other internal teams to move project through all phases of the development process. • Support UAT setup and execution • Continuous learning on company platform and offerings as they evolve
