• Process DSCR and investor mortgage loans from initial disclosure through closing • Review, verify, and organize borrower, property, and third-party documentation to ensure complete loan files • Calculate and validate DSCR metrics, rental income, and cash-flow inputs in accordance with lender guidelines • Submit loan files to underwriting and manage underwriting conditions through final approval and clear-to-close • Collaborate closely with loan officers, wholesale account executives, underwriters, borrowers, title/escrow, appraisers, and other third-party vendors • Track loan milestones, follow up on outstanding conditions, and proactively resolve issues to keep loans moving • Maintain accurate loan notes, document tracking, and status updates in the loan origination system and lender portals • Ensure compliance with investor requirements, internal policies, and applicable regulatory standards

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
  • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, underwriting conditions, and closing requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency with wholesale broker portals
  • Comfort with investor documentation, rental income, and cash-flow analysis
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several loans simultaneously
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
