Director, Global Sourcing & Procurement – APAC

• Serve as the senior APAC sourcing leader responsible for enterprise alignment of direct sourcing strategies, strategic supplier partnerships, cost optimization, risk mitigation, digital procurement initiatives, and organizational capability development. • Responsible for developing and executing global direct sourcing and procurement strategies while leading APAC sourcing operations. This role drives direct material productivity, supplier performance, procurement transformation, supply resiliency, governance, and talent development. • The Director leads category sourcing teams, partners with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Commercial organizations, and ensures sourcing strategies support Franklin Electric's operational, technology, growth, and financial objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field required (Masters degree preferred)
- 15+ years of sourcing, procurement or supply chain leadership experience
- 5–7 years of people leadership experience on multi regional level.
- Ability to travel ~35% internationally across APAC supplier and manufacturing locations. Strong executive presence, strategic communication, and capability to influence across cultures, functions and regions.
