Role Description We are seeking a Governance & Business Process Analyst to support and enhance Data, Information, and AI Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, IT, privacy, security, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve governance processes, documentation, and operational frameworks. This role requires a self-driven professional who can translate evolving business and regulatory requirements into practical governance solutions while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Design, implement, and continuously improve governance processes, workflows, standards, and documentation across Data, Information, and AI Governance programs. - Translate business, regulatory, and governance requirements into practical frameworks, procedures, templates, and training materials. - Partner with business, IT, security, privacy, and executive stakeholders to drive governance adoption and organizational alignment. - Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend scalable governance solutions with minimal supervision. - Develop process documentation, operating procedures, user guides, and governance artifacts for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Support governance initiatives across programs with varying levels of maturity and complexity. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance discussions to promote collaboration and compliance. - Monitor governance effectiveness and recommend continuous process improvements. - Adapt quickly to changing priorities while delivering high-quality governance deliverables. Qualifications - 5–8 years of experience in Business Process Management, Governance, Compliance, IT Business Analysis, or a related field. - Proven experience designing, implementing, or improving business processes, workflows, or governance frameworks. - Strong experience creating documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, process flows, and training materials. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders. - Experience independently identifying process gaps and implementing practical solutions without predefined direction. - Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
