Requirements - Experience in higher education, public sector, or large enterprise environments. - Experience with web governance, website modernization, or digital transformation initiatives. - Familiarity with accessibility standards, intake workflows, or ServiceNow processes. - Prosci or ADKAR certification preferred. Looking for a Certified SPM resource for contracting position. Position : Lead Level BPC or TC Multiple Roles About the Role: FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Certified Architect . Responsibilities: - Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities. - Analyze and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions. - Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow SPM. - Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage for client benefit. Requirements: - ServiceNow SPM certification is required. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architecture. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. - Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
