Role Description Working closely with the Sales & Marketing, Innovation & Growth Operations teams, the Sales Operations team supports the new business development efforts of the global sales teams across all Wilson service offerings (Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Executive Search, Contingent Talent Solutions, Talent Consulting). The bid function acts as a strategic consultancy and business partner to the various service lines in their business development and growth efforts, delivering best-in-class bid management expertise to drive value across the sales lifecycle. Projects managed by the team often include (but are not limited to): - Sales Support / Strategy (client expansion and new business development) - Request for Proposals (RFx – RFI / RFP / RFQ, etc.) - Presentations - Talent Solution Proposals - Case Studies - Collateral / Content Development - Market Research YOU WILL - Bid writing and coordination: coordination and response writing for bids, ranging in size and complexity from single country / service lines to multi-country total talent solutions across recruitment process outsourcing, contingent talent solutions, managed service provider, executive search, talent consulting, research, and advisory service lines - working with the support and direction of the Bid Manager. - Content production: Defining, designing, creating, amending, and maintaining core RFx responses and answers within the Share Point library, across multiple service lines in collaboration with Sales / Solutions / Marketing SMEs. - Content management: Assist in managing proposal content in accordance with quarterly review protocols and working closely with SMEs across the business to ensure content is fresh and at the forefront of market trends. - Proposal and presentation support: development of high-quality documents and slides that demonstrate compelling, creative, and innovative propositions for prospects and existing clients. - Ad-hoc Growth Ops support: Occasional support may be required producing PowerPoint slides for current client reviews and presentations under the direction of the Director of Sales Enablement. Qualifications - Have a solid understanding of Wilson’s offerings and delivery organization - Intermediate or higher expertise level in Microsoft PowerPoint. - Experience designing from brand guidelines (ideally knowing how to break the rules while still staying within brand). - Strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines involving input from multiple colleagues within the organization - Advanced and adaptive writing skills with a strong orientation towards clarity, completeness, and the ability to convert abstract sales and executive leadership direction into fluent, comprehensive, and understandable copy - Easily adopts change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift - Works well as part of a team, as well as has the ability to work autonomously - Demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting (recruitment process outsourcing) industry, or a related / similar industry within professional services - Fluency in English (native language not a requirement) and the ability to amend content to fit various regional differences (primarily US and Canadian markets, but also occasionally for the EMEA and APAC markets) Requirements - If you have this experience, it’s an added bonus: - Experience within sales support / sales operations environment (such as bid management / working within a bid team) - Bid / content management platforms - APMP or equivalent / comparable qualification - Any project management qualification(s) or experience of project management - Any design qualifications or available examples of design work in a sales / bid capacity
