Job Requirements
- 5 Years J2EE application development, including front-end, back-end, and middle-tier components
- 3 Years experience with multiple design patterns
- 3 Years experience with third-party middleware tools incorporated into application design
- 3 Years webservices creation, consumption, and implementation
- 5 Years extensive knowledge of web and application servers
- 2 Years coding experience with Spring modules
- 2 Years web application development with Struts modules
- 2 Years Web Services experience, top-down and bottom-up implementation with JAXWS
- 2 Years Oracle SQL experience
- 2 Years application server experience (JBOSS, Deployment Management, etc.)
- 2 Years scripting experience (with Shell, Groovy, etc.)
- 2 Years solid working knowledge of Linux O/S and Shell scripting
- 2 Years operational understanding of browser-based application infrastructure running in a clustered hardware environment
- 2 Years working knowledge of a modern welfare eligibility case management system, preferably with hands-on experience with Idaho's Medicaid Eligibility.

Role Description We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team and support efficiency and accuracy in our order-to-cash process. This role is critical in ensuring our sales orders are entered correctly into our ERP system, our data reflects signed agreements, and that internal teams are aligned when issues arise. You will work closely with our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and act as a key link between Sales and Operations. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter and maintain sales orders in NetSuite, ensuring full alignment with data from Salesforce and the terms outlined in signed contracts. - Review and validate order details—including pricing, contract terms, product configurations, and billing schedules—before and after entry. - Partner closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to support smooth order execution and data integrity across systems. - Identify and communicate breakdowns in the order process, proactively looping in Sales and RevOps to resolve discrepancies. - Conduct regular reconciliations between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure system data is consistent and up to date. - Support invoicing and fulfillment activities, flagging issues that could impact billing accuracy or customer satisfaction. - Assist with process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts under the guidance of the Senior Order Management Analyst. - Respond to internal queries related to order status, contract details, and system data in a timely and professional manner.
