Role Description We are hiring a Head of Game Production to own the strategy, production, and commercial performance of our growing portfolio of owned casino games, including table game variants, slots, crash-style games, and other originals. These games have quickly become the highest-performing content inside one of our casinos. We are now scaling this into a repeatable competitive advantage for our upcoming white-label casino provider. This is a senior product and production leadership role for someone who can turn game concepts into shipped, monetising, high-quality products, selecting the right partners for the right concepts while building the internal product and design function around it. You will have strategic mandate over the roadmap, with the accountability to decide which titles are built, iterated, or sunset. If successful, you will help lead the transition from external execution into an internal games studio over time, with potential acquisition and integration upside. Core Accountability - You own the end-to-end game production system that turns stakeholder requirements into a stable, compliant, performant product portfolio. - Keep them running profitably in live environments. What You’ll Own - Game Portfolio Strategy - Define what games we build and why. - Focus on marketing, user acquisition, player retention, VIP monetisation, or profit. - Make build vs partner vs white-label decision on a per-game basis. - Shape a defensible originals roadmap. - End-to-End Game Production - Own the full lifecycle from concept to launch. - Game mechanics, UX flows, feature design. - Art, animation, sound direction. - Delivery coordination with external development teams. - QA, certification, launch execution. - RTP, Volatility, Risk and Exposure - Drive innovation through unique RTP/volatility models. - Work closely with data, CRM and VIP teams to build a segment maximum exposure strategy. - Partner with customer service, analytics, and risk stakeholders. - Vendor and Studio Management - Build a partnership portfolio focusing on different game genres, speed, quality and cost effectiveness. - Lead production through a hybrid model. - External agency execution with internal ownership. - Own roadmaps, prioritisation, and delivery cadence. - Performance Ownership - Own game performance post-launch, taking accountability for commercial success. - Iterate fast on successful titles, take initiative for iteration vs new title decisions. - Kill weak games quickly, understand reasons for poor performance. - Build a repeatable learning and improvement loop. - Live operations and incident management. What You’ll Be Doing - Act as the product owner for casino originals across operators. - Translate commercial goals into clear game specs and priorities. - Drive strong UX/UI and production quality despite weak external design input. - Define PRDs, decision logs, success metrics, constraints. - Ensure games ship quickly, safely, and profitably. Qualifications - 5+ years in casino game production, product, or iGaming studio leadership. - Shipped multiple real-money casino games end-to-end. - Strong understanding of game mathematics, RTP, volatility, and risk mechanics. - Familiarity with slot, table and crash games. - Experience managing external studios or distributed delivery teams. - Commercial mindset with accountability for performance outcomes. Requirements - Background in top operators or leading originals studios (Nice to Have). - Familiarity with cloud cost optimisation and live-service monitoring (Nice to Have). - Exposure to certification labs and regulated markets (Nice to Have). Culture Mature, mission-driven, and low-ego. We value clarity over noise, outcomes over theatrics, and pace without chaos. If you’re one of the smartest minds in your craft and want to build with other experts, you’ll feel at home here.
