• Take a wireframe + copy and turn it into a beautiful, high-converting landing page • Use your UX/UI sense and knowledge of what converts to build designs that make the customer's decision easier, not just lay out the copy as-is • Think for yourself. If a brief says "customer isn't sure this product works for their injury," you should know how to address that visually without being told exactly what to put where • Work in two steps: first build a mockup (using tools like Figma or Claude Design) and get it approved, then build it live in our landing page builder (Replo)

• Review campaign performance and build testing roadmaps based on what the data is telling you • Develop hooks, scripts, messaging frameworks and briefs that give visual creators exactly what they need to execute • Review creative assets (UGC, video, static, carousel) and deliver performance-focused feedback that sharpens output • Collaborate directly with clients: monthly strategy calls, content menus, shoot guidance and narrative direction • Work cross-functionally with media buyers and growth strategists to drive iteration at pace • Apply and evolve the strategic frameworks and playbooks that underpin how we work

• Own the technical vision, delivery excellence, and business development strategy for our enterprise Shopify Plus practice. • Lead a global team of architects, engineers, and solution consultants—shaping how we design, build, and scale mission-critical commerce platforms for our largest clients. • Command deep, hands-on knowledge of the Shopify Plus ecosystem and the broader technology stack, including ERP integrations, enterprise search, customer data platforms, and headless commerce patterns. • Translate expertise into winning proposals, trusted client partnerships, and a world-class team. • Oversee technical delivery across global, cross-functional teams delivering enterprise Shopify Plus solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and client satisfaction at scale. • Establish governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery KPIs tailored to the pace and complexity of commerce platform engagements. • Act as a technical escalation point and actively unblock delivery teams. • Build, retain, and develop a high-performing team of Shopify architects, engineers, and solution leads—setting clear expectations, creating growth paths, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
