Role Description NeoWork is seeking an AI Content Production Moderator to join our creative services team. This role will be responsible for creating AI-generated content, performing quality assurance on outputs, and supporting high-volume creative production initiatives for enterprise brand clients. The ideal candidate has a strong creative background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. - Create and manage AI-generated content across various creative projects and campaigns. - Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. - Edit and produce video content to support client deliverables and live stream initiatives. - Support large-scale content production efforts for enterprise clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. - Monitor and moderate AI-generated assets, identifying and resolving content issues as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize creative workflows and production processes. - Quickly learn and utilize proprietary platforms, tools, and emerging AI technologies. - Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and operational efficiency in all deliverables. Qualifications - Experience in AI-generated content creation and quality assurance workflows. - Strong video editing and creative production skills. - Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for content quality and brand consistency. - Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, and systems. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Previous experience supporting digital content, creative services, or media production teams is highly preferred. Requirements - Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale content production environments. - Familiarity with live stream operations and digital content moderation. - Knowledge of AI content generation tools and emerging creative technologies. - Minimum 2 years of experience in multimedia production, photo/video editing, or similar roles. - Strong visual and spatial awareness — ability to assess layouts, proportions, and presentation quality in 3D/Matterport environments. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, or Premiere. - Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong organizational and quality assurance skills. - Comfortable working with digital tools and adaptable to learning new technologies or platforms quickly.
