We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Event Manager to lead high-impact events ranging from 5,000 to 15,000 attendees and oversee complex, multi-stream programs of even larger scale. In this role, you will serve as the primary client liaison, team leader, and budget owner, driving strategy, execution, and creative problem-solving across all event phases. Leading the planning and execution of large-scale events and complex workstreams, serving as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors. Acting as the budget owner, managing financials to ensure transparency, prevent overruns, and maximize value for clients. Facilitating meetings, presenting plans, and providing strategic consultation to clients and stakeholders. Ensuring clear communication across all teams, maintaining alignment on objectives, deadlines, and deliverables. Using creative problem-solving to address challenges throughout the event lifecycle. Mentoring and training junior team members to build skills, efficiency, and high-quality execution. Monitoring performance, evaluating risk, and implementing solutions to meet or exceed client and organizational goals.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of event management experience, preferably within the event industry.
- 2–3 years’ experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Experience managing mid- to large-scale events (3,000–15,000+ attendees), with a proven track record of successful execution.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and negotiate with vendors for optimal results.
- Proficiency in technology tools, data analysis, and virtual event platforms.
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with occasional travel (~30%).

Role Description Le ou la chef.fe de projet Aménagement a pour principales tâches le pilotage et suivi des opérations d’aménagement de quatre projets urbains sur le territoire : - Le projet urbain du quartier gare, en partenariat étroit avec la CARPF (compétence mobilité) et l’EPFIF (volet foncier) vient d’entrer en phase opérationnelle. Le projet prévoit la construction de 250 logements, de 10 000m2 de SPD de bureaux, un pôle de loisirs, ainsi que des rez-de-chaussée actifs (commerces ou services) et des équipements de qualité (école, parc et parking relais). L’ensemble de ces futurs lots bâtis s’insère dans un écoquartier aux espaces publics larges et verts qui favorisent l’intermodalité. - Le projet de revitalisation du centre-ville est un projet de renouvellement urbain qui vise à récréer la ville sur elle-même. A l’issue d’une phase d’étude pré-opérationnelle et des premières études réglementaires, l’objectif est ainsi de faire muter les dents creuses et les espaces publics (parc urbain, végétalisation, etc.) afin de faire émerger un quartier de vie et de rencontre. L’identité culturelle (théâtre, conservatoire, etc.) et commerçante du centre-ville sera renforcée autour de nouveaux équipements publics. - La renaissance du Vieux-Pays est un site patrimonial exceptionnel qui nécessite une reconversion d’ampleur afin d’impulser de nouvelles fonctionnalités tournées vers l’activité et l’artisanat. La programmation de ce futur quartier culturel créatif nécessite une approche innovante mêlant impulsion publique, initiative associative (tiers-lieux culturel), et l’installation d’acteurs privés. - La renaturation du Bois du Seigneur, parc urbain de 30 hectares, accueillera des espaces accessibles propices à la promenade, aux loisirs et à la rencontre, ainsi que des espaces dédiés au maraîchage et une ferme pédagogique. L’objectif est ainsi de créer un véritable poumon vert qui bénéficie aux habitants.
