Support program managers in vetting and onboarding Oncology Data Specialist–Credentialed (ODS-C) candidates Ensure timely access to electronic medical records (EMR) and abstracting software for program participants Prepare and maintain detailed monthly reports on program progress and performance Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Coordinate communications and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders Assist with compliance and adherence to program policies and federal requirements
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of project or program management experience supporting complex initiatives, preferably in healthcare or federal programs
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, business administration, project management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to support large, cross-functional teams while maintaining clear written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with federal healthcare systems, policies, and directives, particularly within the Veterans Affairs context
- Preferred: ODS-C credential through the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA)
- Preferred: Experience with VA data oncology abstracting software
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) certification is a plus

Role Description Le ou la chef.fe de projet Aménagement a pour principales tâches le pilotage et suivi des opérations d’aménagement de quatre projets urbains sur le territoire : - Le projet urbain du quartier gare, en partenariat étroit avec la CARPF (compétence mobilité) et l’EPFIF (volet foncier) vient d’entrer en phase opérationnelle. Le projet prévoit la construction de 250 logements, de 10 000m2 de SPD de bureaux, un pôle de loisirs, ainsi que des rez-de-chaussée actifs (commerces ou services) et des équipements de qualité (école, parc et parking relais). L’ensemble de ces futurs lots bâtis s’insère dans un écoquartier aux espaces publics larges et verts qui favorisent l’intermodalité. - Le projet de revitalisation du centre-ville est un projet de renouvellement urbain qui vise à récréer la ville sur elle-même. A l’issue d’une phase d’étude pré-opérationnelle et des premières études réglementaires, l’objectif est ainsi de faire muter les dents creuses et les espaces publics (parc urbain, végétalisation, etc.) afin de faire émerger un quartier de vie et de rencontre. The Superintendent is responsible for the overall management and oversight of multiple construction projects and the supervision of field foremen. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while promoting company culture, quality, and customer service. The Superintendent acts as a senior technical advisor, develops best practice construction methods, and serves as the company's representative to clients, engineers, and contractors. THIS IS A REMOTE WORK OPPORTUNITY THAT WILL REQUIRE EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. A CANDIDATE MAY LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES. NO RELOCATION WILL BE REQUIRED. Supervise, coach, train, and develop field foremen and skilled trade workers. Ensure all projects operate safely, adhere to company policies/procedures, and comply with MSHA/OSHA regulations. Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules and budgets; report progress and variances to management. Serve as the senior technical advisor for all field construction and start-up issues. Interface and build relationships with owners, customers, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Manage the performance of employees, including conducting appraisals and authorizing personnel transactions.
