This position involves supervising and coordinating resources and activities of an implementation team to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate project implementation plans with sales staff, account teams, and customers. Monitor progress on multiple implementation projects and ensure effective transitions. Provide recommendations to corporate-level staff for escalated service and billing issues. Develop training for internal and external clients regarding implementation processes. Deliver progress reports to the Implementation Management Team. Collaborate with other project managers to improve conversion and implementation processes. Assign and monitor workloads for sustainability and smooth client transitions. Establish effective schedules to minimize client impact. Review daily activities to meet implementation commitments efficiently. Detect and correct data entry errors through system report analysis. Train and mentor direct reports on procedures and systems. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Implementation Manager.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, accounting, or related fields.
- 5 years of supervisory experience as a project manager in lieu of a degree.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions to clients.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data management systems and reporting tools.
- Experience training and coaching teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
