Latam Distributor Manager

Role Description The Latam Distributor Manager plays a key role in the commercial success of the business. This person serves as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams, drives process improvements, develops and implements growth strategies across countries and market segments, and supports the commercial activities of our partners. The ideal candidate is approachable, highly organized, and comfortable working across cultures. They should be able to understand the nuances of different markets, manage multiple priorities effectively, and remain focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a remote role that offers flexibility while requiring up to 50% travel to support business needs. In this role, a typical day will look like: - Comply with and enforce compliance with our Channel Partner Tool Kit or any other tool that ensures ethics with our compliance standards. - Act as the interface between Distributors, DSMs, and all internal functions (i.e., Customer Service, Operations, Finance) on all day-to-day distribution issues. - Have an overview and understanding of each country. - Daily management of campaigns and promotions with all Distributors. - Conduct regular updates to directors and Senior Leaders within the business on regional Distribution activities via Growth War Room, ensuring maintenance of daily management, funnel management, and presentation of GWR activities. - Design and implement processes to drive improved integration of Distribution management in SFDC when applicable. - Be the interface with Operations functions for order prioritization. - Implement and drive processes to ensure improved management and understanding of lead times with our distributors. - Conduct research on market trends and support product launches and networking events. - Perform regular inventory checks. - Support our distributor network with business agreement and penetration for our LNAs and GSAs. Qualifications - 5 years’ experience in commercial functions at Latam region. - Degree in marketing, business or equivalent. - Managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. - Resilience and a high degree of professionalism. - Account Management, Funnel management, M&A experience would be a plus. - Strong multitasking skills. - Excellent negotiation and networking skills. - Good time management. - Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. - Excellent record-keeping skills.
