Role Description Aprimo’s Customer Experience Application Consultant provides customers with our highest levels of system support and services so that customers can make best use of our platform. Our Customer Experience Application Consultant provides unmatched knowledge and assistance to help operate, administer, and manage our customer’s Aprimo platform. The role also helps to keep customers’ marketing systems fully functional and up-to-date with regular, proactive monitoring, health checks, and routine maintenance. On a day-to-day basis, the Customer Experience Application Consultant will serve as a subject matter and product expert of the Aprimo software to provide an essential support service. Team members in this role collaborate directly with Implementation Leads, Project Leads and Customer Success Manager and are expected to exercise sound judgment within defined best practices while engaging with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
