Senior Clinical Training Advisor
E-Verify Program
• Facilitate a learning environment for clinical and non-clinical staff that results in effective new employee onboarding • Audit and assess training needs for staff based on review of audit results/trends • Develop and deliver new and reinforcement training based on needs • Collaborate with business area leaders to communicate relevant training resources
Job Requirements
- RN with 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Must hold and maintain a valid North Carolina clinical license
- Background in operational, administrative, and clinical training (preferred)
- Experience with healthcare, non-patient facing business administration functions (preferred)
