Role Description Participates in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software code for business applications. - Responsible for middle-tier implementation and integration with backend databases. - Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. - Participates in the development of software user manuals. Work closely with product, design and engineering team to design and contribute to core product initiatives. Produce "clean" and well-structured code, with detailed specifications. This means that your code is commented, well structure, readable and comes with documentation. Implement "pixel perfect" design as delivered by our designers that works across different browsers, according to specifications provided Help maintain code quality, organization, automation and continuous delivery Effectively communicate development progress or blockers to the product lead, engineering manager, and other stakeholders Work effectively as part of a large global team Attend and engage in stand-ups, team meetings, and manager 1:1s Provide and receive constructive feedback and praise to co-workers in verbal and written form; respond and react to technical and behavior feedback from managers and peers

• Stay ahead of the AI tooling curve and bring what you find back to the team — evaluate new workflows, define best practices, and keep raising the bar • Continuously experiment with new AI dev tools (coding agents, AI testing frameworks, vibe coding approaches) and bring the best ones into our stack • Raise the ceiling on the team’s AI practices — share what you discover, pair on new approaches, and help an already-strong team get even sharper • Contribute to our Vue 3 application, shipping features alongside the team • Collaborate with backend (Laravel), product, and design teams to ship merchant-facing functionality • Own the quality bar for AI-generated code — establish review practices, testing standards, and guardrails that let us move fast without breaking things
