Role Description Participates in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of software code for business applications. - Responsible for middle-tier implementation and integration with backend databases. - Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. - Participates in the development of software user manuals. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE: - Build and maintain reusable React components - Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and Testing Library - Develop accessible, responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS - Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards - Debug and optimize application performance - Contribute to the design system and component library Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience - Typically 2-5 years of directly related experience - 2-5 years of React development experience with functional components and hooks - Strong TypeScript proficiency - Tailwind CSS experience - Experience with modern build tools (Vite or similar) - Git version control - RESTful API integration and state management patterns - Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility - Docker containerization basics Requirements - Experience with React Query - Form management with React Hook Form - Component-driven development with Storybook - E2E testing with Cypress or Playwright - CI/CD pipeline experience - OpenAPI/Swagger schema integration Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave - Employee stock purchase plan
