Project Manager
Pearson
• Own day-to-day execution for GTM programs, including selling seasons, product launches, and strategic sales initiatives. • Own and maintain readiness tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Excel) for cross-functional tasks, dependencies, and deadlines. • Partner with Sales leaders, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to coordinate GTM input requirements and deliverables. • Drive consistent follow-up to ensure cross-functional commitments are met on time. • Draft and prepare GTM communications, sales updates, training materials, and recaps. • Coordinate the execution of enablement activities, including scheduling sessions, preparing agendas, and ensuring materials are complete and accessible. • Support planning and execution for major sales events and selling seasons, including national sales meetings and leadership-driven sales initiatives. • Coordinate session planning, presenter logistics, content readiness, and post-event follow-ups. • Support sales engagement programs by coordinating seller feedback loops, readiness insights, and post-program analysis.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in GTM operations related role, e.g. sales enablement, revenue operations, marketing operations, program coordination, or project management within a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with a strong track record of follow-through.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience drafting internal updates, enablement materials, or project documentation.
- Comfortable coordinating meetings, schedules, and logistics across senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM, project management, and enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools).
- Adaptable and solution-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience experimenting with or applying AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, enhance content quality, or accelerate coordination and reporting.
