Project Manager – Network & Fiber Infrastructure
Astreya
• Coordinate a complex, fiber migration program involving Meet Me Vaults and carrier interconnects • Maintain end-to-end visibility across all project phases, including design, build, cutover, and post-migration stabilization • Align and track dependencies across XFN teams (Network, OSP, Facilities, Data Center Operations, Security, Carriers, Vendors, etc.) • Serve as the central internal point of coordination, escalation, and program reporting • Track milestones, risks, and cross-team impacts; proactively drive issue resolution and change management • Lead program documentation, status reporting, and clear, concise executive updates • Ensure workstreams remain aligned in live, production environments with minimal tolerance for disruption
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of project or program management experience
- Direct experience with OSP or fiber infrastructure projects in data center, colocation, or hyperscale environments
- Strong understanding of Meet Me Vaults, carrier interconnect models, and fiber handoff concepts
- Proven ability to operate in matrixed, cross-functional environments with shared ownership
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and discuss infrastructure designs, dependencies, and risks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and risk-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in fast-moving environments
