• Provide consulting services to clients on Epic-related projects in an analyst, project management, project leadership or training capacity • Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients • Apply technical expertise to individual client system build in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems • Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy • Track and document risks and issues • Analyze and document workflows • Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation • Work directly with Epic end users • Monitor workflows, provide documentation, and optimization suggestions • Lead meetings regarding project status and on-going work-product coordination

• Lead all aspects of accreditation-related project work for self-insured federal health plans • Complete semi-annual and annual self-assessments to demonstrate compliance to clients • Lead client meetings related to accreditation and compliance • Report on progress toward compliance requirements • Support additional projects that advance business objectives • Lead the development and execution of project plans • Monitor project progress and quality • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients • Prepare and present clear project updates • Partner with business leaders and external partners to provide functional guidance

• Coordinate a complex, fiber migration program involving Meet Me Vaults and carrier interconnects • Maintain end-to-end visibility across all project phases, including design, build, cutover, and post-migration stabilization • Align and track dependencies across XFN teams (Network, OSP, Facilities, Data Center Operations, Security, Carriers, Vendors, etc.) • Serve as the central internal point of coordination, escalation, and program reporting • Track milestones, risks, and cross-team impacts; proactively drive issue resolution and change management • Lead program documentation, status reporting, and clear, concise executive updates • Ensure workstreams remain aligned in live, production environments with minimal tolerance for disruption

As a Project Manager on our Reactor Component Upgrades and Major Programs team (RCUMP), you will be managing projects within the Reactor Component Upgrades Project Execution and Delivery organization. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States. Responsible for all project management processes for moderate to high complexity projects or a portfolio of lower complexity projects, leading medium-sized teams (average 10-30 team members). Support proposal process for upcoming opportunities, as assigned. Oversee the development of cost estimates and offers for operating plants support and modifications. Support and/or drive customer negotiations. Complete all aspects of planning process including authoring project management plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines as well as risk and stakeholder registers per Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR). Manage and interpret all aspects of project, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications and stakeholders. Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements and subsequent changes to functional groups following an integrated change management process. Coordinate project communications ensuring team, customer and all stakeholders are kept informed of status. Develop or oversee project records in standard databases, systems and procedures to ensure efficient handling and transmission of project correspondence and documentation internally and externally. Properly close projects by archiving work in financial, scheduling, document management and resource management systems/tools. Perform final project quality assessment and report out. Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, lessons and risk avoidance for future work. Use interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with team, customer and other stakeholders in a matrix environment to facilitate successful project completion as well as identify opportunities for additional business growth. Identify, assess and implement improvement or recovery opportunities that will promote successful project delivery. Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls for various projects assuring senior management is provided up-to-date and accurate reports of each project status. Support financial planning through accurately forecasting spending on assigned projects.
