• Lead and direct teams in complex engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits and develop solutions • Communicate effectively to understand client challenges • Build strong relationships and lead change processes • Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of consulting experience
  • 6+ years of experience managing external client projects
  • Successfully delivered multiple end-to-end implementation CRM projects
  • Ability to provide industry insights
  • Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Huron requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • US Work Authorization required
  • Experience and ability to lead teams in a hybrid-agile methodology
  • Experience in Healthcare (Provider and/or Payer) industry
  • Knowledge of Patient/Member marketing and engagement
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP
