• Lead the mapping, diagnosis and design of the current state (*As Is*) of the company’s critical processes in direct collaboration with leadership • Co-create the future state (*To Be*), integrating leadership’s strategic vision with the operation’s practical feasibility • Identify automation opportunities and design the architecture of workflows integrating Artificial Intelligence agents to deliver exponential efficiency and agility • Consolidate the new processes into a complete Service Blueprint, establishing a clear RACI matrix, estimated execution timelines (ETAs), and centralization of materials, tools and links • Mobilize and engage partner and co-responsible areas for the multidisciplinary co-creation of workflows • Structure the enablement and handover plan in partnership with the Enablement team to train the operation on the new model • Design audit frameworks and routines with partner teams to ensure compliance and continuous adherence post-implementation • Implement and drive a structured Change Management (GMUD) flow to assess impacts, communicate and approve any future changes to processes
