- Has liderado iniciativas de transformación cultural y digital, facilitando la adopción de herramientas como Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, y nuevas capacidades como Copilot M365 y Copilot Chat
- Dominio de metodologías de Change Management (como ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
- Pasión por trabajar con personas y entender sus necesidades
- Capacidad analítica para identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos de trabajo
- Experiencia colaborando con áreas de IT, RRHH y negocio para asegurar el éxito de la adopción tecnológica
- Experiencia realizando sesiones de adopción o capacitación

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) Consultant to support enterprise-scale automation initiatives, including the deployment, migration, and optimization of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform environments. Role Description The Consultant role is a hands-on, individual contributor position responsible for guiding our Mid-Market and Small Enterprise customers through the successful deployment and initial adoption of the Gong platform. You will be the primary functional expert, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes quickly and effectively. Consultants are proficient in both the technical configuration of the Gong platform and the best practices of revenue operations.
