• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage all phases of project development, from initiation to closure. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Monitor and manage project team performance. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Implement quality control measures and review processes. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. • Foster a collaborative environment and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
