Job Description
Intern, AI – PMO
Veracyte, Inc.
• Partner with the PMO team to understand project management workflows, recurring needs, and opportunities to improve efficiency with Copilot • Write, test, and refine AI prompts that support PMO use cases such as project updates, status summaries, risk tracking, action item follow-up, meeting preparation, and documentation • Help create and organize Copilot-based agents that support PMO processes across data ecosystems • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usefulness, and consistency, and recommend improvements based on testing results • Document prompt patterns, agent logic, use cases, lessons learned, and best practices so solutions can be reused and scaled • Support the development of simple governance and quality standards for prompt writing and agent usage within the PMO team • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured AI interactions that improve productivity and decision-making • Identify opportunities to streamline access to project data, reporting content, and knowledge resources through effective prompt and agent design • Participate in team meetings, working sessions, and reviews, providing updates on progress, findings, and recommendations • Stay current on emerging prompt engineering techniques and practical uses of Copilot that can enhance PMO operations • Contribute to a team environment that values curiosity, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured content
- Interest in generative AI, prompt engineering, and practical business applications of AI tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and basic understanding of Copilot or similar AI tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to assess outputs for accuracy, quality, and usefulness
- Ability to organize information, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a part-time internship setting over a 6-week period
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, learning quickly, and iterating based on feedback
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to ask thoughtful questions and contribute ideas

Role Description The Remote Radiologist is responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies from a remote setting using advanced teleradiology technology. This role supports nationwide imaging needs with timely and accurate reporting, contributing directly to high-quality patient care without the need for onsite presence. It enables flexibility while maintaining diagnostic excellence and clinical collaboration through virtual platforms. - Interpret a high volume of diagnostic studies remotely, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other modalities. - Deliver prompt, accurate, and well-documented reports to referring clinicians across multiple locations. - Communicate critical and time-sensitive findings directly with providers via phone or secure messaging systems. - Collaborate with technologists and support staff virtually to ensure protocol adherence and image quality. - Use advanced PACS, RIS, and cloud-based teleradiology systems to manage and review cases. - Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and virtual team meetings. - Maintain up-to-date licensure and compliance documentation for multiple states, as required. - Adhere to all HIPAA and data security standards while working in a remote environment. - Contribute to a consistent workflow with no weekend or evening shifts required. - Support a culture of collaboration and excellence across geographically distributed teams.
