• Gestionar la comunicación con los huéspedes • Realizar el proceso de las reservas • Gestionar los check-ins e issues • Realizar los reportes diarios e indicadores • Gestionar los requerimientos de reservas • Gestionar los comentarios de huéspedes • Gestionar el correo principal • Contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos internos.

Job Requirements

  • Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios de Perú de 6pm - 2am y 7pm - 3am.
  • Estudios de Turismo , hotelería o afines
  • Experiencia de mínimo 2 años en hoteles o atención al huesped (recepción, concierge, etc)
  • Manejo de paquete office a nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Pasión por ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente y ganas de aprender .
  • Tener habilidades comunicativas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo .
  • Nivel avanzado de español y inglés ; se valorarán otros idiomas como francés.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata y completa para horarios rotativos.
