Role Description On Precision AQ’s Medical Communications Strategic Account Management team, Senior Strategic Account Directors are influential strategic consultants who partner with clients, lead cross-functional teams, and help shape the direction and success of prominent healthcare and life sciences brands. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree required. - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare marketing, medical affairs, or medical communications agency environments. - Demonstrated success managing and growing pharmaceutical or healthcare accounts with annual revenues exceeding $2.5 million. - Proven experience serving as a strategic and business advisor to senior marketing, commercial, or medical affairs stakeholders. - Strong leadership experience overseeing, mentoring, and developing account management professionals. - Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and contribute to business profitability. Helpful Experience - Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA, or related graduate degree) preferred. - Experience supporting or leading new business development efforts, including pitches and proposal development. - Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech medical communications strategies and commercial planning. - Advanced presentation development and PowerPoint design capabilities.
