• Responsible for the development and implementation of ISEP’s strategic plan for the designated regional portfolio of Partner Institutions • Lead and supervise a team, including an Assistant Director and University Relations Manager • Cultivate strategic working relationships with stakeholders at key institutions • Establish enrollment KPIs and report quarterly to ISEP Executive Team on progress • Lead strategic initiatives assigned by Vice President for Member Relations • Identify and recruit new institutions to support growth and retention goals • Enhance program delivery through academically focused initiatives • Coordinate with other Directors of Member Relations on special projects
