Role Description We are seeking Board-Certified Physicians (MD/DO) and experienced Nurse Practitioners licensed in multiple states to provide virtual care as independent contractors (1099). If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and want the flexibility of working remotely, we’d love to connect. As a Telehealth Provider, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits. - Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits - Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations - Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring - Assess patient conditions and review medications - Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations - Build strong patient rapport through effective communication - Accurately document medical records in the EHR system - Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements - Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates You will be supported by a collaborative virtual care team to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery. Qualifications - For Physicians (MD/DO): - Board Certified - Active, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple states - Medicare participating physician (or willing to become one) - Telehealth experience preferred - Strong documentation and patient communication skills - For Nurse Practitioners: - Active, unrestricted NP license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred) - Experience providing preventative and/or primary care - Telehealth experience preferred but not required - Strong patient engagement and documentation skills - Required for All Providers: - Experience using EHR systems and telehealth platforms - Comfort conducting both phone and video consultations - Strong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systems - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Availability aligned with virtual clinic scheduling needs - Must become CMS credentialed within our practice (if applicable) Requirements - Computer: - Windows or Apple Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones) - Must have at least Windows 10 or MacOS 13. - Headphones: - Wired headphones required for optimal audio quality. - Internet Speed: - Meet minimum internet speed requirements (50 MBPS download speed and 20 MBPS upload speed), with a wired connection to the router. - Must have an ethernet cable connecting computer directly into router. - Browser and System: - Use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces (regardless of computer type). - Video Capability Required: - Required for video calls. (Webcam) Laptops will come with a built-in webcam which is fine. If it doesn’t you’ll need to get one. - Recommended Equipment: - A second monitor is suggested for laptop users; dual monitors for PC users. Schedule This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
