Project Coordinator
Cloud Bridge
• Coordinate opportunities through the pre-sales and project initiation stages, ensuring smooth transition into delivery. • Support project kick-off activities, including resource alignment, project setup, governance requirements, and stakeholder coordination. • Track upcoming opportunities and maintain visibility of pipeline demand to support capacity planning. • Manage resource requests and allocations across projects and opportunities. • Monitor resource utilisation, availability, and future demand, helping optimise allocation across the delivery portfolio. • Coordinate funding requests, project approvals, and internal commercial processes. • Assist with project financial tracking and governance activities where required. • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting across delivery systems. • Provide coordination and administrative support across multiple projects and programmes. • Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports, meeting minutes, and action trackers. • Independently manage smaller-scale client engagements and internal initiatives from initiation through to closure. • Produce regular status updates and project reporting for internal and client stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Resource Coordinator, Delivery Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects and opportunities.
- Experience supporting project mobilisation, resource planning, or delivery operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Comfortable coordinating across sales, delivery, technical, and commercial functions.
- Experience using project and resource management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com , Smartsheet, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with spreadsheets, reporting, and utilisation data.
- Ability to identify risks, resolve coordination issues, and drive actions to completion.
- Proactive, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience within a technology consultancy, cloud services, managed services, or professional services environment would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2 is beneficial but not essential.
