Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to support our global, cloud-first IT environment. The role is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable access to business-critical platforms while delivering high-quality technical support across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. - Troubleshoot endpoints, applications, and collaboration tools. - Escalate complex issues appropriately to senior team members or specialist support teams. - Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. - Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. - Support Azure resources and cloud services. - Monitor system performance, availability, and service health. - Assist with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes. - Monitor and respond to EDR/XDR alerts. - Support phishing response, endpoint security, and access protection controls. - Assist with audits, policy compliance, and security best practices. - Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or similar tools. - Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience. - Maintain accurate system, process, and support documentation. - Track IT assets, device configurations, and lifecycle information. - Support the joiners and leavers process, ensuring timely setup and removal of access. - Provision and deprovision user accounts, devices, and business system access.
