Role Description The Data Engineering, Analytics & Intelligence team is the engine behind our data-driven culture. We partner across the enterprise—from Finance (Accounting, Customer Revenue Operations, Business Finance) to Sales and Marketing—to build the robust analytical foundations that power our global operations. As a Senior Data Engineer, you won’t just be managing pipelines; you will be a primary architect of our future state. You will lead our high-stakes Oracle Cloud Transformation for Finance and spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Machine Learning into core business processes to unlock unprecedented operational efficiencies. As a Senior Data Engineer you will be responsible for: - Partner with Finance leadership across Accounting, Customer Revenue Operations, and Business Finance to architect the migration and integration of systems into Oracle Cloud. - Design and deploy AI/ML solutions to automate and optimize core business workflows, turning enterprise data into operational intelligence. - Lead Data Quality initiatives to establish and enforce a "single source of truth." - Understand business processes to lead the building and maintaining of an enterprise data catalog and empower self-service analytics. - Act as the primary go-to expert and technical consultant for process changes and technical roadmaps within Finance systems. Qualifications - Deep understanding of business processes and data lifecycles specifically within Finance (Accounting, Customer Revenue Operations, Business Finance) systems. - 4+ years experience in the data engineering field. - Good understanding of data architecture and a proven track record leading cloud ERP transformations (Oracle Cloud, Workday, Salesforce). - Good experience with RDBMS like Oracle, elite SQL skills, and creating enterprise reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Demonstrated experience utilizing AI/ML to gain measurable business process efficiencies. - Good communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical roadmaps for business stakeholders in a flexible environment.
