• Collect, validate and submit reliable data to the clinical registries while identifying opportunities for refinement. • Provide content expertise for program and registry requirements and guidelines to clinical teams and committees in a multi-hospital environment. • Identify patients in the clinical registries through the application of strict criteria and protocols. • Collect and validate data for the program using the applicable criteria and definitions established by the registry. • Provide accurate and timely submission of data into the program's website and assuring the transmission of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines. • Analyze data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with clinical departments/units on performance improvement initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.

• Provides operational support and performs data maintenance and clean-up for data transactions (basic to complex) • Performs more complex data transactions and maintenance associated with projects, expansions, and new product implementations • Works with other departments to ensure quality provider data to our members • Maintains and updates provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems in support of claims adjudication and provider directory • Works collaboratively with internal/external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements • Provides technical and/or functional leadership Support within unit • Performs validation of system enhancements • Identifies, researches, and conducts root cause analyses and collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to recommend process improvements • Conducts and manages audits of provider information and escalates issues for resolution as appropriate

• Reviews study protocol for studies assigned • Ensure data from source documents for the trial are accurately reflected on the Case Report Form • Keep track of source documents being filed into subject folders • Assistance with reconciliation of study records for archive • Identifies problems or potential problems and reports them to his/her supervisor • Responsible for requesting, scheduling and attending any training required for this position

• Contributes to NFPA’s Mission, Vision, and Strategic initiatives by collecting, maintaining, and modernizing data critical to NFPA Research • Identifying and validating fire incident data • Maintaining and improving database systems • Developing more efficient processes for collecting, managing, and reporting data • Conducts independent research and utilizes advanced search tools and methodologies • Maintains and oversees data integrity • Supports NFPA Research initiatives, including converting manual or legacy processes into more efficient digital workflows and systems • Communicates with fire departments, emergency response agencies, and other stakeholders • Coordinates survey processes, including survey design support, distribution tracking, response management, and quality control
