Our goal is to integrate, upgrade and grow with your e-commerce business. Just Ship It. Job Description Seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the Fulfyld team. This individual will be responsible for finding qualified leads and turning them into prospects by engaging with them through e-mails, cold-calls and social media. The individual in this role will manage all inbound (from all channels) enquiries and outbound efforts. In order to succeed in this role, the candidate must be a self-starter, goal-oriented and metrics driven. RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of the lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints and the handoff to the Director of Accounts. Drive Fulfyld's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business. Manage inbound leads coming through the website and social media platforms Find new qualified leads and add them to the CRM system on a daily basis Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas Book and complete discovery calls with prospects and transition them to the Director of Accounts. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set. Assist management with transition of all customers and processes to external warehouses Gain knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce, fulfillment and logistics industries Qualifications
Job Requirements
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to create excellent work within project deadlines
- Knowledge of sales processes and CRMs
- Interest in and knowledge of social media trends
- Ability to manage several projects of varying scopes at once
- Goal-oriented, metrics driven
- Track-record of top performance and exceeding expectations
- Comfortable with cold-calls and cold-outreach
- Proficiency using Mac or PC
- Ability to clearly communicate with qualified leads via phone and email
