• Ensure customer success and maintain close client relationships by understanding their business pain points and guiding the strategic use of Arvo's solutions. • Translate complex operational challenges into testable hypotheses and practical, data-driven diagnostics. • Design, fine-tune, and evaluate customized AI models and agents for each client, working directly with a technical squad from prototype to production. • Develop technical and business reports, analyses, and dashboards to demonstrate the financial and operational impact of solutions to internal and external stakeholders. • Prioritize the feature and initiative roadmap per client, balancing potential financial return and technical feasibility. • Lead onboarding sessions and regular check-ins to ensure product adoption and ongoing evolution. • Coordinate handoffs between internal Product, Operations, and Development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of prior experience combining business insight and data analysis (e.g., strategy consulting, product operations, applied data science, or related roles).
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience manipulating data using Python and/or SQL.
- Solid understanding of client management and corporate operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into persuasive business narratives.
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in a quantitative or business field (Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines).
