• Support the creation, maintenance, and updating of business process models (BPMN 2.0) and business use cases (UML). • Document business requirements and prepare results using Confluence and Jira. • Create and maintain process documentation, overview pages, and functional profiles. • Assist in preparing workshops, recurring meetings, and stakeholder meetings, including documenting meeting outcomes and minutes. • Participate in the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization. • Support the preparation of management presentations, decision papers, and status reports. • Conduct research on market, technology, and industry trends in the Connected Car and automotive sectors. • Assist in the development of strategy documents, roadmaps, and business cases. • Perform quality assurance on documentation and maintain project artifacts in accordance with defined modeling and documentation standards. • Support the project team in coordinating with business departments and following up on open action items.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, business architecture, process management, consulting, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of business process modeling using BPMN 2.0, UML, or comparable modeling standards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
- Experience working with Confluence and Jira is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and adapt to existing process landscapes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable facilitating interviews, documenting findings, and supporting workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Interest in digital transformation, connected mobility, automotive technologies, or enterprise architecture is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative project team.
- Professional proficiency in English and German.
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
