Role Description Mission Personal ist ein Recruiting- und Headhunting-Unternehmen aus Münster mit dem Anspruch, eine der KI-getriebensten Personalberatungen im DACH-Raum zu sein. Während andere Recruiting-Firmen noch Excel-Listen pflegen, bauen wir unsere komplette Infrastruktur selbst: ein internes ERP für unser Team, eine eigene Kandidaten- und Arbeitgeberplattform und eine KI-Schicht, die Kandidaten qualifiziert, matched und anspricht, bevor ein Mensch überhaupt eingreifen muss. Wir suchen jemanden, der diese Systeme mit uns weiterbaut - mit maximaler Eigenverantwortung und minimalem Meeting-Overhead. - Du entwickelst und pflegst unsere zentralen Systeme: unser internes ERP (Python/Flask), unsere Kandidaten- und Arbeitgeberplattform (Next.js/TypeScript) und unsere Branchenportale. - Du baust unsere KI-Schicht weiter aus: automatisierte Kandidatenqualifizierung, semantisches Matching auf Basis von Embeddings (PostgreSQL/pgvector) und KI-gestützte Kommunikation über WhatsApp und Voice-Agents. - Du entwickelst Automatisierungen, die operative Arbeit aus dem Team nehmen (AWS Lambda, Datenpipelines, Workflow-Tools). - Du triffst technische Entscheidungen selbst — von der Architektur bis zum Deployment — statt sie in Meetings abzustimmen. - Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und siehst direkt, welchen Effekt deine Arbeit auf das Geschäft hat. • Architect and implement real-time voice solutions for authentication, fraud prevention, and deepfake detection products. • Integrate and optimize voice network systems—including SIP, VoIP, telephony hardware/software, and cloud-based voice services—for reliability, scalability, and security. • Collaborate closely across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver seamless voice-driven features. • Design and maintain robust enterprise and carrier-grade voice infrastructure supporting high-security, high-availability environments. • Deliver architectural improvements, optimizing for performance and onboarding new platforms or vendors. • Stay at the forefront of emerging threats in voice security and develop strategies to address them. • Use workflow automation engines, monitoring, and deployment tools to enhance system resilience and efficiency. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex voice and networking technical issues. • Contribute to cross-team technical reviews and best practice dissemination.

• Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units. • Work with Engineering Managers and leaders outside of Casino Engineering to coordinate shared initiatives and organisational dependencies. • Translate engineering realities into clear, structured, and data-backed communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ensure ongoing alignment between technical priorities, delivery execution, and business goals. • Coordinate and structure delivery plans across Casino Engineering teams into a coherent, cross-team view, covering both product-driven and technical initiatives. • Drive the ongoing maintenance of the Casino Engineering technical roadmap, including architecture evolution, platform improvements, resilience, and technical debt. • Facilitate regular planning and alignment sessions with Engineering Managers, Principal Engineers, Product, and other stakeholders to review priorities, sequencing, and dependencies. • Facilitate regular reviews of insights from observability and monitoring tools (e.g. reliability, performance, operational health), and ensure that resulting actions, improvements, and technical initiatives are reflected in Casino Engineering delivery plans and technical roadmaps. • Ensure that the technical roadmap and delivery plans are consistently reflected in Jira, based on inputs and validation from Engineering Managers. • Track progress across teams, identifying delivery risks, slippage, trade-offs, and dependencies early and working with Engineering Managers to address them. • Support realistic planning by ensuring timelines, scope, and priorities are clearly understood and agreed. • Support product and engineering prioritisation decisions by analysing delivery, technical, and business data, and translating inputs from Product and the wider business into clear, data-backed recommendations on sequencing and trade-offs. • Work with Casino Engineering Managers to ensure consistent and effective use of productivity and delivery tools (e.g. Jira), including workflows, statuses, estimation approaches, and reporting. • Establish, track, and evolve delivery and productivity metrics (e.g. throughput, predictability, flow, progress against plan) to provide meaningful insight. • Analyse productivity and delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Prepare consolidated engineering status reports, delivery health views, and roadmap updates for leadership and stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement in engineering operations, planning practices, and ways of working across Casino Engineering.
