• Create, edit, and maintain procedural documentation including but not limited to user guides, how-tos, and tutorials. • Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation. • Create release notes. • Work closely with writers, developers, product owners, business analysts, QA team, and others.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
- Russian at B2 level
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical documentation
- Expertise in fintech domain
- Docs-as-code experience
- Proven experience in writing user guides in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Style Guide, Google Style Guide, or similar
- Experience in API writing, familiarity with API documentation tools
- Experience with Git
- Experience working with Cursor, VS Code, or similar dev tools
- Experience in writing release notes
- Proficiency with managing Confluence content
- Experience in writing and proofreading of content, especially technology-related content
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking
- Must be a self-motivator who works well independently and in a team environment with little or no direct supervision
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people
