Role Description Your project: Hily is a dating app built on a simple idea: people connect better when they stay themselves — date as you are. Hily is a Top-4 dating app worldwide (Sensor Tower and Hily internal analytics), with 50M+ matches a year and 1.5B+ likes sent. The product rests on three things: authenticity, fun, and trust. This role sits in the product analytics team, where analytics isn't reports for show but the basis for decisions on what the team builds next. You will: - Proactively find growth opportunities and move team goals through actionable, data-driven insights and hypotheses. - Plan A/B tests, analyze results, and deliver final recommendations. - Provide the team with all the analytics needed for data-driven decisions. Qualifications - Have 0–2 years in an analytical role or relevant internships. - Write SQL queries confidently. - Have experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred). - Have a solid grasp of basic statistics. - Are attentive to numbers. - Can tell stories with data (data storytelling). - Can work autonomously. Requirements - Experience in product analytics in IT (social discovery or dating products ideal). - Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals and statistical significance. - Knowledge of Python or R. - Experience with ClickHouse databases. - Predictive modeling / ML skills. Role Description This role supports actuarial and data analytics for risk-adjusted business across ACA, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid.
