• Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to responsibilities, e.g., Quality Manual, SOPs, Methods, and Local Policies. • Adhere to appropriate quality measures, which meet or exceed the standards set by ISO/IEC 17025, government regulatory, and company requirements. • Follow all company guidelines and procedures relevant to assigned duties. • Adhere to all pertinent health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Assist in the daily assaying of samples. Perform testing from a daily work list. • Set up batches of samples to weigh and weigh samples. • Identify from samples assayed the need for rechecks. • Prepare solutions used in the daily testing of designated samples. • Maintain a neat and accurate record system; keep accurate records of work performed on a daily basis or as needed for quality control tests or regulatory purposes. • Record test data and results for samples in logbook, record book or BookMaster and enter the data or results into eLIMS either manually or through automatic export in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain a safe and clean laboratory; clean work area and glassware used in analyses, dispose of hazardous wastes according to established procedures; assist others in maintaining a clean, safe work environment. • Identify method/matrix/analytical difficulties and report these together with proposed solutions to supervisor. • Ensure that proprietary methodologies are not disclosed to non-employees except as approved in writing by the Laboratory Manager or appointed designate. • Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and co-workers. • Remain current on technical, industry, and business advancements and trends as suggested by Department Leader or supervisor. • Recommend more accurate or efficient laboratory equipment or procedures. • Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees. Communicate orally and in writing to co-workers. This includes “intra” and “inter” departmental employees. • Promote the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers. • Other duties, as assigned.

• Support site preparation, installation, and integration of FAA automation systems including ERAM, STARS, ODPS, and FDIO systems • Install, configure, integrate, and test FAA automation, communications, networking, and electronic systems at ARTCC, TRACON, and ATCT facilities • Perform site preparation activities including cabling, electrical connections, grounding, equipment installation, and system integration • Conduct equipment testing, validation, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities while documenting results • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation packages • Coordinate installation activities with FAA Technical Operations, Engineering Services, contractors, and project stakeholders • Support LAN/WAN networking infrastructure and telecommunications systems • Remove legacy equipment and prepare required documentation for equipment disposition and project completion • Provide technical guidance and support to installation team members

• Assist in the imaging of immunofluorescent slides using the high-throughput ZEISS Axioscan 7 Microscope Slide Scanner. • Manually adjust imaging areas and add focus points to ensure high-quality scans. • Perform Quality Control (QC) checks after scans are completed by reviewing every image file for focus accuracy and scoring any tissue-related issues according to our in-house protocols. • If any slide fails QC, set up rescans to ensure all slides meet our quality standards. • Ensure meticulous attention to detail, maintaining high standards even with repetitive tasks. • Set up scans to run overnight, ensuring everything is properly configured before logging off.

• Partner with restaurant and hospitality managers to offer comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing, and other specialty food service equipment • Demonstrate your mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and ability to read diagrams and schematics • Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Kitchen Equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, ware-washing and other specialty food service equipment • Communicate with manufacturers as needed to help with diagnoses and parts identification • Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technical support while onsite • Install all parts ordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and in line with company policy • Promote and recommend other services provided by Smart Care to customers when needed • Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, and truck stock inventory • Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures • Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle, along with accurate parts and tool inventory • Maintain productivity levels in accordance with company standards
