Data Analyst
AppXite
• Verify billing and invoicing data across the AppXite Platform. • Perform recurring discrepancy analysis to ensure the accuracy and completeness of billing and invoicing data delivered to partners. • Investigate data inconsistencies and identify root causes of issues. • Apply required manual corrections and configuration adjustments to ensure timely invoice delivery. • Participate in monthly billing and invoicing deliveries, including peak periods. • Analyze large datasets to identify anomalies, errors, and data quality issues. • Investigate incidents and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems. • Execute SQL scripts and perform data validation activities. • Validate data across multiple systems, integrations, and vendor platforms. • Review billing and invoicing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization. • Define requirements and development tasks needed to improve billing processes and data reliability. • Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency. • Act as a subject matter expert for billing and invoicing related functionality. • Support internal teams by providing guidance on platform behavior, data structures, and processes. • Participate in customer and partner discussions when expertise is required. • Contribute to partner-specific projects by helping design solutions, provide estimates, and support successful delivery. • Collaborate with Development, QA, Support, Product, and Operations teams. • Mentor colleagues and help improve organizational knowledge through documentation, knowledge base articles, and process guides. • Maintain a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of the platform. • Continuously expand expertise in cloud commerce, billing, invoicing, integrations, and vendor ecosystems. • Stay informed about industry trends and vendor platform developments.
Job Requirements
- Advanced SQL scripting skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience using Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to remain focused and productive when working on complex investigations.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
- Experience working with billing, invoicing, financial systems, or cloud commerce platforms (nice to have).
- Experience with ETL processes and data transformation workflows (nice to have).
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services: Logic Apps, Data Factory, Storage Accounts, Function Apps, Application Insights (nice to have).
- Ability to read and understand application code (e.g., C#) to support investigations and troubleshoot issues (nice to have).
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate and optimize business processes (nice to have).
