Construction Data Analyst
Turner & Townsend
• Analyze cost trends, issues and opportunities for a global data center portfolio. • Provide insights and/or recommendations based on analysis to facilitate internal initiatives. • Identify ways to improve and streamline processes with the use of software tools and/or automation. • Review contractor and subcontractor pricing against benchmarks, including identifying and negotiating outliers. • Develop and maintain project cashflow forecasts and accruals on a monthly basis. • Analyze project budgets against program-wide benchmarks and ongoing cost trends.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of using technical skills such as benchmarking, data modeling, and statistical methods to solve problems.
- Previous commercial experience in data center or industrial / manufacturing projects.
- Advanced software skills in Excel and Power BI Dashboards.
- UAT/QA experience is helpful.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role.
- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player.
