• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers throughout the Western United States. • Drive profitable sales growth while holding team members accountable to activity, performance, and revenue goals. • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop additional sales professionals as the region continues to expand. • Conduct regular coaching sessions, ride-alongs, customer visits, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations. • Develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. • Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure exceptional customer service and execution. • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation. • Analyze sales performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results. • Assist with key customer presentations, contract negotiations, and strategic account development. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement. • Highly ethical team player who communicates effectively with internal and external site staff. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with exceptional staffing industry leadership experience.
  • Candidates must have a successful track record (at least 5 years) leading sales teams within the staffing industry.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams within the staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining successful sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of staffing sales, business development, customer relationship management, and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience managing remote sales teams across multiple geographic markets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Role Description The Logistics 3PL Carrier Sales Associate (CSA) will be responsible for establishing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with quality carriers for North America.
