RPA/AI Agents Developer – Mid-level

• Design, develop and implement chatbots using artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) technologies • Integrate chatbots with APIs and existing systems to ensure efficient data flow and a seamless user experience • Train machine learning models with relevant data to improve the chatbot's accuracy and effectiveness • Monitor and analyze chatbot performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements • Create and maintain technical documentation related to chatbot development, integration and features • Collaborate with design, product and customer support teams to ensure the chatbot meets user needs • Perform testing to ensure the chatbot functions correctly across different scenarios and environments

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Node and JavaScript/TypeScript (required)
  • Experience with Traditional and Agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (preferred)
  • Basic English (preferred)
  • Programming language certification (preferred)

Requirements - The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,000 to $192,910 / year. - Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. - The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. - In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
