Role Description Our client is seeking a Business Process & AI Automation Specialist to support business process improvement, operational efficiency, documentation, data management, and AI adoption across the business. This role extends beyond AI automation and incorporates operational process ownership. The successful candidate will help manage internal records, improve workflows, maintain process documentation, support leadership with administrative workflows, and identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes using AI and low-code/no-code tools. This role sits at the intersection of elementary math pedagogy and AI: - Build and refine AI-powered math learning activities. - Steer our AI tutor to teach math like a great human educator. - Collaborate closely with engineers to make it happen.
